These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and participation of courses and activities provided by Adventure Hunter. By booking with Adventure Hunter, you agree to abide by these Terms.
- Booking Confirmation and Payment:
1.1. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. Full payment is required no later than four weeks before your chosen date/s. For bookings made within four weeks of your chosen date/s, full payment is required.
- Privacy of Booking:
2.1. Your booking will be treated as private unless you permit for us to open it up to the public as a scheduled activity, potentially reducing the overall cost.
- Medical Conditions:
3.1. Any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate must be disclosed to Adventure Hunter before the course/activity commences.
- Intoxication Policy:
4.1. Participants must not be intoxicated or under the influence of unprescribed drugs and/or alcohol. Adventure Hunter reserves the right to cancel the course or activity without a refund if this condition is disregarded.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
5.1. More than four weeks before the start date: Full refund except for incurred costs.
5.3. Less than four weeks before the start date: Alternative date/s offered, but no refund will be given.
- Cancellation by Adventure Hunter:
6.1. Adventure Hunter may have to cancel due to adverse weather, illness, or other unforeseen situations. Courses/activities requiring a minimum number of bookings may be canceled if the minimum is not met. Re-arrangement for another date or a full refund will be offered.
- Itinerary Variations:
7.1. Adventure Hunter reserves the right to vary course/activity itineraries for safety reasons, primarily due to prevailing weather and conditions, while endeavoring to stay true to the booking as much as possible.
- Safety Instructions:
8.1. Customers must observe safety instructions provided by Adventure Hunter instructors. Failure to do so may result in non-refundable cessation of the course or activity.
- Property and Equipment Responsibility:
9.1. Adventure Hunter accepts no responsibility for customers’ lost or damaged personal property during a course/activity. Damaged equipment loaned by Adventure Hunter due to maltreatment must be paid for in full by the customer to its market value.
- Acknowledgement of Risks:
10.1. Participation in Outdoor Adventure Activities entails a risk of injury and even death. Adventure Hunter staff are trained and qualified, but customers acknowledge and accept this risk.
- Media Use:
11.1. Adventure Hunter may use media (including photographs and/or video footage) of participants for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your image to be used, you must inform the instructor before the course/activity commences.
- Emergency Contact Information:
12.1. Personal information may be shared with Adventure Hunter staff and emergency services for safety/incident management. Customers can request the deletion of this information after the course/activity.
- Agreement to Terms:
13.1. By signing/submitting the booking form, you agree to these Terms and Adventure Hunter’s Privacy Policy.
